Lovely to meet the forumites Gobi, Snoop and Plodding Hippo (good luck Hipps in Dublin!), and well done to Matt the Brum for winning!
Here are the pics:

I ran it last year. Here is the 2005 report. Here are the photos
This is my blog of my training experiences for the London Marathon, April 13th 2008 (and my previous marathons from London 2005 onwards). Having failed to gain championship qualification yet again, with a 3:15:18, I'm still hopeful of that magical 3:15 mark or a sub-1:30 half marathon. Running, more running but very little windsurfing!

Wow a win is very impressive ezpecially considering he has 2 more marathons to go. I wonder how he'll fair in those?
Any idea of the time(s)?
Not sure, but quick - 2:55? Still no results posted yet
Matt's time was 3:00, 11 mins ahead of last year's winner in 2nd. 1st lady was Lisa Barry in 3:47.
Matt has since done the Snowdon Marathon in 3:05, yesterday, the day after Beachy Head, and he should have now finished the Dublin Marathon - awaiting his time
The results are up now at http://www.beachyheadmarathon.org.uk/whatson/bhm/results_2006.html.
But blimey, you seem to have managed to capture me with your lens...no 59, just behind a much more athletic-looking chap.
