Weekly summary - 12 weeks to go

A mixed week, having started with excellent results from my cardiac drift test, but resulting in a strained tendon. After a few days of gym sessions, things seem to have settled down, so it's back to normal next week (fingers crossed).

The plots are screen shots from the Polar Precision Performance program (Alt-PrtSc in windows) and cropped with an editor (eg Microsoft photo editor or Paint shop pro). They are then loaded onto my website and referenced from there with an {img src=""} tag. I believe that graphics can be hosted by blogger, but I host on my own website.
