A tough week, but finally back on form, confirmed by the gym session and Sunday's long run.

Replace the { with <
I'll carry as normal hopefully and get to 50 miles/week. The challenge is not missing any runs. I'm always nervous of pushing the mileage up too quickly, due to past injury history!
